Delivery
Every Pure Patina piece is individually finished, checked and securely packed before it leaves our workshop. We want it to reach you in the same condition it left us.
UK DELIVERY
Online orders are currently available for delivery to UK addresses only. UK delivery is complimentary.
CAREFULLY PACKED
Every piece receives a final inspection before packing. It is then protected for transit in packaging selected for the size and weight of the piece, including a sturdy double-walled outer box.
DISPATCH & TRACKING
When your order is ready to leave us, we'll send a dispatch confirmation. Where tracking is provided by the delivery service, we'll include the details so you can follow its journey.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Available Now pieces are already made and ready to prepare for dispatch. Made to Order and Bespoke pieces require production time first. Any production estimate shown when ordering is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
LARGER PIECES
BUILT WITH DELIVERY IN MIND
Pure Patina pieces can be substantial, so the delivery service may vary according to the size of your order and destination. We select an appropriate service rather than forcing every piece through a single parcel format.
WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Please inspect your parcel and piece as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If it appears to have been damaged in transit, photograph the outer packaging and the affected area of the piece, contact us promptly, and keep all of the packaging while we investigate. Please don't return a damaged piece before contacting us.
