Ace of Spades — 400 × 600mm

Ace of Spades is skull wooden wall art inspired by vintage playing-card graphics, printmaking and dark decorative illustration.

Ace of Spades takes one of the most recognisable symbols in a deck of cards and gives it the full Pure Patina treatment. A crowned skull sits above an oversized gold spade, framed by flames and dense carved scrollwork to create a piece with immediate impact and a surprising amount of detail up close.

The palette keeps the drama controlled: deep carved black, warm timber, aged gold, ivory, red and burnt orange work together without losing the character of the veneer beneath. The result feels somewhere between a vintage playing card, old print-shop artwork and a hand-finished trade sign — bold enough for a home bar or games room, but considered enough for a study, studio or collection wall.

This is the actual finished PP019 piece shown in the photographs. Only one is available in this finish.
